ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Color
Tenuous ruby-red with orangey reflections.

Aroma
Very fine and delicate bouquet that exalts an intense fruitiness.

Taste
Dry, pleasantly bitterish, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
It is advisable not to let it age long

Paring food
Goes well with hors d’oeuvres, soups, light first courses, white meat.

Pouring Temperature
15-18 °C / 59-64°F.
