PRODUCTION TERRITORY
Vineyard located in the Casalotto “cru” in the municipality of Mombaruzzo.
REFINEMENT
Even before the harvest, they are chosen in the Laficaia vineyard,
located in the Casalotto “cru”, the grapes that have reached the best
maturation and carefully harvested and vinified separately. This is followed by
refinement in French oak tonneaus which lasts for 6 years
months. This means that you will have an important, very complex wine,
but with the typical freshness of Barbera, round and tasty.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color
Very intense ruby red.
Perfume
Decisive, intense, harmonious.
Taste
Full and satisfying, rightly tannic due to the calibrated time spent in the barrel, robust in character and tenor, it expands upon tasting, into many pleasant aromas.
Combinations
Red meats, game and full-bodied second courses, but the great fabric makes it suitable to be consumed, sipping it, as a meditation wine.
