Greenish yellow colour, delicate froth and lasting perlage.
Very fine and delicate bouquet that exalts an intense fruitiness. Elegant and delicately fruity bouquet.
Dry, well balanced and highly aromatic taste.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes marvellously with every dish.
