AGEING
The traditional-style fermentation, with 7-8 days maceration at a temperature of 23-25 °C. produces a wine with youthful and fragrant notes along of a very pleasant fizzy sensation due to this natural fermentation process.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color
Ruby red.
Aroma
Intense fresh red flower along of fresh red berries notes like as strawberries, raspberries and cherries, finishing with a delicate herbaceous hint.
Taste
Medium body, dry, smooth through fresh acidity with low tannins, high minerality and long finish, followed by sophisticated fizzy sensations.
Paring food
It goes perfectly with any course, in special with pasta, pizza or risotto, it is nicely, luxury and fresh red wine to enjoy while having fun.
