GRAPE VARIETY
Pinot noir and a small percentage of Chardonnay.

 

Obtained by means of the classical method of sparkling, it present a delicate mousse and a fine, long-lasting perlage.

Color
Straw-yellow.

Aroma
Rich and intense bouquet, which gives rise to a large number of sensations.

Taste
Imposing taste, good body and highly typical, it is justly harmonious.

Paring food
Goes well with every dish, right though the meal; ewcellent as an aperitif.
