AGEING
The traditional fermentation process. The ”must “ is macerated for a few days to produce a lush wine with very pleasant youthful and fragrant notes along of a pleasant fizzy sensation due to this natural fermentation process.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Color
Chery rosé.

Aroma
Intense fresh fruitiness hints of strawberry, cherry, and grapefruit.

Taste
Medium body, dry, fresh acidity with low tannins with a minerality well balance fallowed by great persistence on the mouth, along of a sophisticated fizzy finishing.

Paring food
It goes perfectly with any course, in special with white meats, fish sauces or seafood, and as an aperitif is a great choice as well.
