Complex and Intense notes Strawberries, cherries followed by hints of fresh violets, herbaceous notes with a delicate earthy hint.
Taste
Medium body, dry, smooth and warm followed by fresh acidity with low tannins, high minerality along persistent finish, fresh and very well balanced wine.
Paring food
It goes perfect with first course, red meats, meals with tomato sauces and cheeses.
